The CDRRHR-Licensing and Registration Division will conduct and attend the Deliberation Workshop on Risk Based Classification of Medical Devices under Administrative Order No. 2018-002 on 21-23 November 2018. Therefore, receiving of applications for Thursday and Friday, 22-23 November 2018 will be cancelled. Receiving of applications will resume on 29 November 2018, following the schedule of submission of applications as per FDA Circular 2016-010.
By virtue of FDA Personnel Order No. 2018-0940, please be advised that the Center for Cosmetics Regulation and Research (CCRR) will be having its Performance Review and Gaps Analysis on 14-16 of November 2018. On such dates, CCRR will not be able to entertain clients.

Please be informed that the conduct of Unified Licensing for Region II (Course Code: ULS-II) scheduled on 13 November 2018 shall be postponed due to unavailability of seminar venue.
